Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy

At Posh Poshakh, we strive to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality. However, in rare cases, a product may arrive damaged due to manual handling or mishandling during transit. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

Claiming for Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items

  • To claim misprinted, damaged, or defective items, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery.
  • For replacements or refunds, please provide:
    1. An unboxing video showing the product’s condition upon arrival.
    2. Clear pictures of the defective product.
    3. Images of the original packaging.

Exchange or Return Due to Incorrect Size or Non-Defective Reasons

  • We do not accept exchanges or returns for products ordered in the wrong size or for reasons not related to defects. Please ensure that the correct size and details are selected before placing your order.

Items Lost in Transit

  • If an item is lost during transit, we will issue a refund once the shipping status confirms the package is marked as Cancelled.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Order cancellations will not be possible after 3 hours of placing the order. Please ensure your order details are accurate before confirming the purchase.
